Get Your Swag On: Gay Pride Weekend Music Giveaway

It's Gay Pride here in New York City; once again, about a million of us will brave unnatural heat, favor-currying politicians, and unwise fashion choices in an effort to protect everyone's right to be exactly who they want to be. I suggest starting your own celebration with a download from Party Favorz, who made some killer Pride Mixes just for the occasion...it's like a fabulous party in your pants iPod.

I tried to find something suitably homo-heavenly to give away in celebration, but the best out there was Donna Summer. Yes, I know, she's not always reliably gay-positive...but she is THE disco diva of all eternity, and her new album, Crayons, has gay-rainbow highlights:

See? VERY gay cover, La Donna...kind of like Jem, that cartoon rock singer from the 80's.

ModFab's Donna Summer Concert Giveaway begins now: one lucky winner will receive a pair of seats to any of the following July/August appearances:

Saturday, July 12th - Boston, MA
Friday, July 18th - New Jersey (Holmdel)
Saturday, July 19th - New York City
Saturday, July 26th - Atlantic City, NJ
Saturday, August 16th - Oakland, CA
Saturday, August 30th - Chicago, IL

TO ENTER:
1) E-mail your name, email address, and preferred concert location
2) Answer the following question: how do you "work hard for the money"?

The most creative, interesting, and hilarious answer wins! Good luck!

Good day. I'm Don and I'm on an intrepid mission to find the mythical source of the 123 meme. I'm just passing through. TA

Happy Pride ModFab! Atl still has a week to go. After our drought last year, all festivities in Piedmont park were cancelled this year, so everyone had to scramble for other venues to hold their events. Consequently, our timing was thrown off by a week. Oh well, no one really does anything here July 4th weekend, so I suspect it will still be a success. Once again, thanks for the mention.
