Scene Stealer Makes It All The Way
Remember about a year ago when everyone was blogging about their personal Top 100 films? Well, someone has finished their list...blogbuddy David Shultz at The Scene Stealer has chosen Malick's moody war drama The Thin Red Line as the best film of all time. Runners-up: Manhattan, Persona, Andrei Rublev, 2001: A Space Odyssey, and La Dolce Vita. Yes, David's working the artsy side of the street; although none of these films make my top ten (and only one makes my top twenty), they are all eminently justifiable choices. At the very least, it's a must-see list for your Netflix queue.
