The ModFab Gallery: Bowler, Bather, Bay
Continuing the recent trend toward the sentimental, our Christmas-themed gallery offered voters a number of favorites. In the end, 84.net's Ornaments of Olde received the nod for Best In Show, a gorgeous, unusual take on the subject of Christmas. Congrats! NOTE: you can now always find the latest edition of ModFab Gallery by clicking on the sidebar link!)

Archie FlorCruz, aka Whateverland, lives in Chicago, and captures the city with a treasure hunter's eye...looking at the urban landscape and digging for the unusual. Sometimes, that means shooting the basics with a sense of reinvigoration -- a gymnasium, an abandoned warehouse, or a frozen river become sacred spaces inside the hustle and bustle of the Windy City. Despite the dismissive title of the photoblog, FlorCruz is a detailed documenter of the land...whatever that may be.
I received a comment that there are too many choices in the ModFab Gallery, so I'm going to do shorter nomination lists. Enjoy the brevity (and don't forget to vote...more info below):
