Friday Hot Guy Blogging: Naveen Andrews

Newbies may drool over Naveen Andrews from his turn on Lost as Sayid, the former Iraqi Republican Guard soldier. But I've been lusting for Barbara Hershey's boyfriend for a decade...he charmed Juliette Binoche in The English Patient, smirked as a bad boy prince in Kama Sutra, and tried to avoid career suicide in Mighty Joe Young. The 36-year-old native Londoner has battled drugs and sex addiction, and has a titillating past -- in high school, he caused a scandal by having an affair with a teacher, who is the mother of his son, Jaisal. Naveen went to the famous Guildall School of Music and Drama with Ewan McGregor and David Thewlis, and his first role came in 1991's London Kills Me. (I wonder if he's ever seen Beaches...and if so, why does he stay with her?)

Sex addiction? Where did THAT come from? The interviews that I have see and read by Navene Andrews he speaks of alcohol and herion, and overcoming addiction to those, not sex.
